GET INVOLVED

The Ladera Ranch Education Foundation has many opportunities for you to get involved. Listed Below are the specific Areas of need we currently have. If you have additional ideas on how you can help, please contact us at info@LREFonline.org.

Board Members

Tesoro High School & Chaparral Elementary School Representatives

•Attend all board meetings

• Maintain relationship with the school Principal and keep them informed of upcoming LREF events.

• Relay information to PTA and school staff of upcoming events

• Check on-campus LREF Mailbox

• Assist with flyer approval by the Principal.

• Work with the Principal to identify opportunities to enhance awareness of LREF among the staff and parents of the students. Implement those opportunities deemed appropriate.

• Work with grant award winners at their school to ensure that appropriate recognition is given to LREF in order to enhance awareness of LREF and increase our ability to generate funds

• Make announcements at school line up or other school meetings when necessary.

• Give information from the school to the LREF Board.

• Distribute LREF flyers

• Liaison for volunteers from specific school

• Coordinate donations for auctions from the schools with Event/Auction Chairperson

• Report specific balances of accounts to special interest groups at school.

•Coordinate with LREF President, including forwarding mail ASAP

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

The Ladera Ranch Education Foundation is an important piece of the success of our community’s public education, but it is just part of the puzzle.
